Who we are
DJFracking LLC operates Plinking Range and these support pages. For privacy questions or requests, contact djfracking@gmail.com.
Information we use
- Account details. When you register or sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, account identifier, and sign-in information. Apple or Google may provide an email address, name, and provider identifier when you choose their sign-in method. Password authentication is handled by Firebase.
- Progress and gameplay. We store cloud saves, achievements, unlocked items, challenge results, and queued score submissions associated with your account. Submitted results can include the challenge, level, rifle, score, shots, hits, wave, and time. Guest progress is stored locally on your device.
- Profile information. We store the gamer tag and visibility choices you save, plus any optional bio, real-world collection descriptions, and in-game collection you publish.
- Purchases. For supported in-app purchases, we process product identifiers, transaction references, purchase status, and account-linked entitlement records to grant access and handle reversals. The platform store processes payment details; Plinking Range does not receive your full card number.
- Support. If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer requests and investigate problems.
- Player reports and blocks. Reports include the reporting account, reported player, selected reason, time, and a snapshot of the reported public profile. They are private to our moderation team. Block lists are saved on the device, separately for each Plinking Range account and guest play.
- Service and security information. Hosting, authentication, and database providers process technical information such as IP addresses, device or app identifiers, request times, and error information to deliver and protect the service.
Analytics and advertising
Our public-release configuration disables Google Analytics collection and advertising-identifier collection. Plinking Range does not display third-party advertising. Earlier Android testing builds included automatic Firebase Analytics collection: those builds could collect app-instance and advertising identifiers, device and app information, lifecycle events, approximate location from IP addresses, and supported purchase events. Contact us with your app version if you need help identifying a testing build or making a data request.
Disabling Google Analytics does not disable all information processed by sign-in and cloud-service providers. Google’s iOS sign-in SDK declares provider-side processing of account contact information, approximate location, identifiers, and usage information. Firebase service SDKs also declare diagnostic metadata such as SDK, device, and operating-system versions. These providers use information to operate, protect, and improve their services under their published policies.
These support pages do not use analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or contact-form trackers. Firebase Hosting still processes the network requests needed to serve them.
What other players can see
Your saved gamer tag is public. Leaderboard results you publish are public and associated with your player identity. A public collection is optional: publishing it shares your bio, the real-world collection text you enter, and your unlocked in-game rifles. The published in-game collection updates when your unlocks change.
Only enter information you want others to see. Use model names for a real-world collection; leave out serial numbers, addresses, storage locations, and information about other people.
Your account email, authentication details, and private cloud-save contents are not displayed in your public profile. Removing public content cannot remove screenshots or copies someone else has already made.
Who processes information
We use Google Firebase for sign-in, cloud storage, account services, and hosting. Earlier Android testing builds also used Google Analytics as described above. Apple and Google process information when you use their sign-in or store services. Our email provider processes support correspondence. These services may process information outside your country, including in the United States.
We use account and gameplay information to provide the features you request, maintain access to purchases, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the service. Public information is shared as described above.
Provider details: Firebase privacy and security, Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy.
How long information stays
Account, cloud progress, and purchase-access records are kept while your account exists. Published profile content and scores remain available until you remove them using available controls or request deletion.
Account deletion removes your authentication account, gamer-tag claim, profile and public collection, cloud saves, leaderboard entries, Plinking Range purchase-access records, and in-app reports associated with your account. It also clears account-specific saves and blocks on the device used to delete the account. Separate guest progress remains on that device.
A minimal deletion record containing the former account identifier and deletion-start time is retained to prevent further account writes. It currently has no automatic expiry. Operational logs, support correspondence, and provider backup copies may persist separately under provider retention settings or where needed to resolve a request, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Analytics identifiers are separate from your Plinking Range account; deleting the account does not automatically erase every analytics record. Contact us for help with a broader data request.
Apple and Google retain their own account and transaction records under their policies. Deleting Plinking Range does not delete your Apple or Google account, automatically refund purchases, or erase independent store records.
Your choices and requests
You can play available guest modes without creating a Plinking Range account. Signing in enables account-based features. You can edit your gamer tag, change public leaderboard participation, and manage your optional public collection from your profile.
To delete your account, follow our account-deletion instructions. To request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your information—or to raise a privacy concern—email djfracking@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the account. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict it, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a local data-protection authority. We handle requests according to the laws that apply.
Children’s information
Plinking Range is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required. Follow the age rating and parental controls shown by your app store.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for a material change.
