In the app
- Sign in to the Plinking Range account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account.
- Verify your identity using the sign-in method shown. For an Apple-linked account, use the iOS app to complete Apple verification and revoke access.
- Type DELETE and choose Delete my account.
Can’t use the app?
Email us from the address associated with your Plinking Range account, with the subject “Plinking Range account deletion.” Include your gamer tag and sign-in method if you know them. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email or can’t access the original address, explain that in your request.

This opens an email request; it does not delete the account automatically. We may need to verify ownership before completing it. Never send your password or verification codes.
What gets deleted
- Your Plinking Range sign-in account and gamer-tag reservation.
- Your profile, published collection, and leaderboard entries.
- Your cloud saves, achievements, and Plinking Range purchase-access records.
- Account-specific local saves on the device where you complete in-app deletion.
Deletion is permanent. You will lose the account’s cloud progress and access records. It does not automatically refund purchases. Contact support first if you want to resolve a sign-in or purchase problem.
What remains
Separate guest progress on your device is retained. Deleting Plinking Range does not delete your Apple or Google account or their independent purchase records. Locally cached data on other devices may remain until those devices reconnect or you remove their app data.
We retain a minimal record of the former account ID and deletion-start time to prevent further writes; it has no automatic expiry. Operational logs, support correspondence, provider backups, and separately identified analytics records may remain as explained in the privacy policy. Email us if you want to request deletion of additional personal information.
Only want to change public information?
You can manage your public collection and leaderboard participation in your profile. For help removing a specific result or other information, email us with the gamer tag and details of your request.
